Ukraine Donations

Organizations to donate for Ukraine

UNICEF has been helping in Eastern Ukraine even before the attacks that started in late February to help with the socio-economic strains and health impacts of the pandemic. Since the attacks, UNICEF has ramped up their assistance in emergency responses. They are providing those in Ukraine with health, hygiene, and education supplies, delivering safe water, supporting mobile child protection programs, and working with different districts to ensure there is immediate help for families and children in need. Donations will go towards children who don’t have access to safe water, nutrition, healthcare, education, and protection. You can give a one time donation. Less than 3% of the donation will go towards administrative costs.

International Committee of the Red Cross

The ICRC has been helping in Ukraine since 2014 and is one of the ten largest ICRC operations worldwide with over 600 members. The ICRC is working with the Ukrainian Red Cross Society in order to increase the emergency assistance in the country. They are working to provide Ukrainians in need with food, water, and other essential needs, and are also supporting hospitals and healthcare facilities with medical equipment and emergency preparedness. They are also repairing water stations and helping to rehabilitate damaged homes and working to reconnect separated families. They also consistently report about the work that they are doing in the country. You can either make a single donation or donate monthly.

UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR)

The UNHCR is using donations to help families fleeing Ukraine. By donating, you will be helping families and children displaced from their homes by violence. They are working with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds in helping to make emergency gifts for families in Ukraine. And although they have reached their maximum goal, donations are still needed and being accepted. Donations will go towards finding safety and stability for families. As a donor, you will even receive updates on how your donation is helping those in Ukraine. You can choose to donate once, or to donate per month.

International Medical Corps

The International Medical Corps is a global, nonprofit, humanitarian organization dedicated to delivering emergency medical and related services to those affected by conflict, disaster, and disease. In Ukraine, they are expanding the access to medical and mental health services for those living in communities affected by war. They will be using donations to help refugees receive the lifesaving care that they need. You can either make a one time donation, or sign up to donate monthly.

CARE International is an international, nonsectarian, impartial, and non governmental humanitarian agency.
